Capturing Mama’s birthing their babies is truly near and dear to my heart. There is something special about being invited in a Mama’s sacred birth space and capturing the magic that’s revealed during birth.
Having given birth myself , I understand the vulnerability and intimacy of birth. I understand the hesitation of having another person you don’t know in your birth space, so let me tell you a little bit more about how my photography birth session works:
First, we start with a free birth consultation. This will give you the opportunity to get to know me, the person behind the camera. We go over your hopes and dreams for your birth, doesn't matter if its a home birth, unmedicated/medicated hospital birth or c-section.
If we’re a good fit & you feel comfortable choosing to have me in your birth space, then I will share my booking process.
Moving forward as your birth photographer, I will be on-call for you 24/7 from 37-41 weeks, and will arrive at your birth when you are in active labor, or even earlier cause believe me when I say I don’t want to miss anything.
I will stay with you throughout the process, plus 1-2 hours afterward to capture those sacred, early moments of bonding with your new baby.
