There is so much that comes with becoming a parent. The excitement. The questions. The planning. The unknown. And then there is birth, an experience that can ask so much of you, physically and emotionally. You don't need someone else to take over your birth. You need someone beside you who will listen, help you find your footing, and remind you that you are capable of meeting whatever comes next.
That's where I come in.

Doula support is personal. It isn't about having someone tell you what your birth should look like. It's about having a trusted person in your corner who knows you, understands what matters to you, and can offer reassurance and perspective when you need it most.
Before your birth, we'll take time to talk, prepare, and get to know what you want for this experience.
During labor, I'll be there to support you in whatever ways feel right. Physically, emotionally, and practically. I'll help you find comfort, encourage you when things feel hard, and make space for your partner to be part of the experience in their own way.
And afterward, I'll still be here. Because the moment your baby arrives isn't the end of the story. It's the beginning of a completely new one.

Before birth
Time to slow down, ask questions, talk through possibilities, and prepare for the experience ahead , without adding another list of things you should be doing.
During birth
Continuous, calm support tailored to you. Comfort measures, encouragement, grounding, advocacy, and a familiar presence in the room as you move through labor.
After birth
A gentle transition into those first days with your baby. Space to process your birth, settle in, and receive support as you find your new rhythm.
Birth photography
For those who want to remember it all. The hands you held, the faces in the room, the quiet moments between the big ones, and the first time you meet your baby.
